St John’s wort– plant 100%
(Hypericum perforatum herba – pulvis)
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Put 1 dessert spoon of tea in 2 dl of boiling water, cover and leave for half an hour. Strain and sweeten to taste. May be drunk several times in a day.
The upper half of the flowering plant is picked and used. It contains tannins, essential oil, red color – hypericin, carotene, choline, vitamin C, etc. The ingredients of St John’s wort have antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and epithelializing effects, and are used for faster wound healing, burns, hemorrhoids, stomach problems, ulcers, gastritis, diarrhoea and mild nervous disorders (insomnia, irritability).
HOW TO STORE: Keep closed, in the original packaging, in a dark place at room temperature.
