Characteristics and effects: Apple plant fibers are divided on the basis of water solubility into insoluble, whose main role is in the prevention of digestive disorders, and soluble, which are important for regulating diabetes, reducing blood fats, alleviating obesity, etc. In the intestines, pectin forms a gel that covers the intestinal mucosa by binding to bile acids, reducing the absorption of fat and LDL-cholesterol (bad), while the concentration of protective HDL-cholesterol remains unchanged. The complex of correctly selected and dosed vitamins together with apple cider vinegar extract strengthens the immunity and prevents infections, and also generally acts as an antioxidant, reducing the risk of free radicals and cell damage.

Instructions for use: Take one capsule 3 times a day with a little water before meals, and for children over 3 years, 1 capsule a day. In case of difficulties swallowing, open the capsule and drink the contents dissolved in a little liquid.
