MIXED HERBAL TEA FOR THE PREPARATION OF A DIETARY DRINK

INGREDIENTS:
Mint (Mentha piperita – folium) – leaf* | 20% |
Plantain (Plantago lanceolata – folium) – leaf* | 10% |
Flax (Linum usitatissimum – semen)-seeds* | 10% |

Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis – folium) – leaf* | 10% |
Tormentilla (Potentilla tormentilla – rhizoma) – rhizome* | 30% |

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Put a dessert spoon of tea in 2 dl of cold water, stir, cover the dish and heat to boiling. Leave to stand for 30 minutes, make sure to cover for better use of active substances and essential oils. Strain, sweeten to taste and drink 4 times a day always freshly prepared, preferably before meals. Give to children according to age.
