MIXED HERBAL TEA FOR THE PREPARATION OF A DIETARY DRINK
THAT HELPS WITH RHEUMATIC DISEASES AND JOINT INFLAMMATION
INGREDIENTS:
White willow (Salix alba – cortex) – bark* | 25% |
Birch (Betula pendula – folium) – leaf* | 25% |
Common couch (Agropyrum repens – rhizoma) – rhizome* | 10% |
Nettle (Urtica dioica – folium) – leaf* | 20% |
Alder buckthorn (Rhamnus frangula – cortex) – bark* | 10% |

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Put a dessert spoon of tea in 2 dl of cold water, stir, cover the dish and heat to boiling. Leave to stand for 30 minutes, make sure to cover for better use of active substances and essential oils. Strain, sweeten to taste and drink 4 times a day always freshly prepared, preferably before meals. Give to children according to age.
This drink can be used for a long period of time with no undesired consequences.
Through their physiological properties, the active principles from the carefully selected parts of plants in this tea mixture alleviate the pain of rheumatic conditions, enabling better joint mobility and soothing symptoms of inflammation.
